    T.I. freely admits he’s not a big fan of most reality shows, yet he does in fact have his own VH1 reality show. But that’s a completely different ball game, according to the rapper. In a recent interview with TheDailyBeast, Tip spoke about the differences in other reality television shows compared to his own show.

    “I did a reality show to give people an idea of who I really am,” said the Grammy-winning rapper. “I wanted my fans to see what my life and my family’s life was actually like apart from all the rumors they see on the blogs and in the news.

    In a recent convo with the AJC, T.I. updates us on the status of his next album Trouble Man: Heavy Is The Head, stating it's “in the final stages of completion” and will be released by the end of the year. As for the delay, he said “We’re perfecting what we have and recognizing the opportunity to present a hip-hop classic."

    Although Tip has caught the acting bug as of late, he still had this to say about making music:

    "It will always inspire me to go in and speak on things, thinking about where I am to date in my life,” he said.

    Loop 21: The second season of your Chicago-based television drama “Boss” debuted August 17 on Starz. Why did you decide to accept a recurring role in the series?

    T.I.:
    It is one of the best shows on television. It has phenomenal acting and a great storyline. It is a phenomenal opportunity to work with great actors like Kelsey Grammer (who portrays the Mayor of Chicago) and Sanaa Lathan. My character Trey Rogers is a former gang banger with political aspirations. He’s trying to move up in the world and open doors in City Hall.

    In celebration of the NFL season beginning this week, SOHH is kicking things off with your favorite rappers boasting about their top teams. Today, Atlanta's T.I. dished out support for Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Mike Vick!

    "Mike Vick is a personal partner of mine and I'm a fan of him as a football player. I'm really a fan of him as a football player so I think he needs to stay healthy, stay in the pocket.
