supposibly i hear news that the drop date has hanged to october 23 or 24 around there. if that is it is unfortunate to have to wait another month but it will be a well worth wait if it is.
I'm almost positive that he's finished with the record. I think it's being put on hold because of his recent drug conviction.
His record labels probably waiting to see how it turns out before they release the record, because typically once a records released the artist does a promotional tour. So, they probably wont release it until they know for sure that T.I will be around to be able to do a promotional tour. That way they can schedule shows and whatnot that don't conflict with court dates.
That being said....I can't wait for this album. Despite whatever reason they have for not releasing it yet.

well you guys he did say he recorded over 100 songs sense last november and he is narrowing down the songs so it takes time plus he is a hard working man he aint gonna release it when the public wants it release. Also i heard he did a track with lady gaga so im anticipating it.
