Yeah it is a great message for No Matter What
Its songs like this that seperate T.I. from other rappers. He raps about real shit and speaks from inside. Most rappers just rap about gangsta shit and have no emotion. T.I. is real.

Mikeylee, you are absolutely true. 90% of rappers say shit they've never been through or JUST talk about "Fucking Bittches, Getting Big Contracts, or Shooting People" when really they're still virgins, get average pay, and never held a gun in their life. T.I. is HELLA gangsta. He's showed everyone that. But he still sits back, humble, and talks TO people trying to get a message to them, that "NO MATTER WHAT" you came from, you can do what you want. He's inspired me to go out and try new things (jobs, places, etc.) to make money and not worry about what people say.

I agree w/ Wordlife. Rap is getting to the point where people are disgusted by it cuz rappers are always talkin bout the same stupid crap. And they use women like they're a sex symbol. T.I. is talking bout things other than shakin booties, or some other bullcrap that rappers talk about.
