Permalink Reply by TI the best rappa alive on May 28, 2009 at 4:18pm: although lil wayne sold 1 million albums in one week i have to say that papertrail was the best album of 2008. lil wayne sucks. he went from comparable to ti to a lame that clears his throat every song he's on. tha carter 3 was just so plain and had no real meaning behind it like the blokk is hot and tha carter II where he was trying to prove why he's the best. he more or less went more for club bangers and had no real hip hop to it. TI is 100% hip hop and honestly revived it. TI is the best rapper alilve because he is the hottest rappa since tupac and the greatest lyricist to ever come out the south. he's went from the king of the south to the king of hip hop; ▶ Reply to This
