Who's Running ATL??? Gucci, Jeezy, or Tip

word in the blogs is dats Gucci is da one running the streets of ATL......but honestly i think Gucci is garbage..he may have some good songs but some people even say hes better than tip and jeezy....I think T.I. is still running ATL and more...but who do u think
